Character Interview: Alexander Knight from Always You by Shilpa Mudiganti #AlwaysYou

As part of the release events for the first release from new publisher, Inkspell Publishing, I have landed an interview with the male lead from Shilpa Mudiganti’s contemporary romance novella, ALWAYS YOU. To my elation and excitement, Alexander Knight has brought Lyla along with him.

As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?

Pilot. I am one too, if you didn’t know. Shilpa conveniently missed it.

What is your favorite meal?

Hmm… Lyla? Ow! *smirks at Lyla who is rubbing her hurting palm*

What group did you hang out with in high school?

I did not. They hung out with me. *smirks*

Who should play you in a film?

Me? Why? Ow! Stop hitting me Lyla. Ok. Henry Cavill comes close.

What is something people would be surprised to know about you?

That I don’t like to wear suits? I like jeans. Very comfortable.

You just won a huge lottery what is the first thing you’ll buy?

Why would I buy a lottery ticket? Remember, i am stinking rich?

What one word best describes you?

Kind. Stop digging my arm, Lyla. What? I am not kind? *scrunches his brow* I take it back. I am supposed to be very kind. *pleased smile*

If you had one day left on Earth, what would you spend that time doing?

Really? Even after you read the book? Of course I would be spending it with Lyla. I prefer it on bed but it really is her choice.

If I took a peek into your closet, what would I find? Under your bed?

Lot of skeletons. I mean it. *bores his eyes in to Rebecca*

Author Bio:
Shilpa Mudiganti grew up creating stories in her head. She thought her career would be as an author until she completed her technical degree. The security of an IT job lured her into leaving her stories to brew in her head. Yet, she fell in step with what fate had planned for her and penned her first romance novella, Always You. There has been no looking back since then. Always You is now being published by Inkspell Publishing in March, 2012.
Juggling her day job as an IT geek, she tries to put all her corporate learning into Inkspell.  When she has time to breathe, she spends time blogging, connecting with her readers and spending time with her loving husband. She lives at Ridgefield Park, New Jersey.
