Welcome back to the blog and Happy Monday! Today I have a treat for you all — a visual delight, as it were. I’ve got a new cover to reveal to you. One I had the pleasure of getting to create. This one is for a contemporary western romance novella, MORGAN’S MOUNTAIN, the next installment in Krista Ames, Montana Series from Roane Publishing.
Really love how this one turned out…
Description: On the proverbial run from another failed relationship, Morgan finds herself in the one place she always found solace. With every intention of being alone, she’s surprised when she comes across the one person she never expected.
Luke would go to the ends of the earth to figure out why Morgan ran away five years ago and make things right with her. However, a dangerous trek up the mountains to her family’s cabin might not have been the smartest choice. To say she was happy to see him would be a huge lie. Having to rescue him, mortifying for Luke.
Toss a kidnapper into the mix and their feelings for each other are brought into perspective, revealing parts of themselves they never thought would come to light.
I’ve got a new cover to share with you all from the next Roane Publishing release, THINGS MYSTERIOUS by Matthew Chabin. This is another of my own cover designs and as I mentioned to someone the other day, I am getting better at them as time goes on. Practice makes perfect and all that. But, rather than toot my horn, why don’t I just share it with you all, eh?
Here it is…

Welcome back, my friends. Today I have fenagled yet another rockin’ Inkspell cover reveal for you all today. This one is from Majanka Verstraete’s latest release, REFLECTED.
Let’s start by showing you the pretty, and then we can get to all the other juicy details on the novel.
About the Book
Title: Reflected (Mirrorland #2)
Author: Majanka Verstraete
Genre: Young Adult, Paranormal Mystery, Romance, Dark Fantasy
When Alison was stuck in Mirrorland, all she wanted was to be alive again. Now she’s gotten her revenge by inhabiting Piper’s body and trapping her behind the mirror. But pretending to be Piper is more difficult than she imagined it would be.
On top of that, the borders between Mirrorland and the real world are crumbling. Danger abounds, demons appear in high school, and if wasn’t for the help of a new mysterious guy, Alison might not have escaped. But there’s more to this guy than meets the eye, and she’s determined to find out what, especially since it might be related to her own supernatural problems.
Meanwhile, Piper tries to convince the Horseman of Death to help her return to her own world, but he’s got his own hidden agenda, which may cause more serious risks. Can Piper find a way to restore the balance before both worlds collide?
Majanka Verstraete begged her Mom to teach her how to read while she was still in kindergarten. By the time she finished fifth grade, she had read through the entire children’s section of her hometown library.
She wrote her first story when she was seven years old, and hasn’t stopped writing since. With an imagination that never sleeps, and hundreds of possible book characters screaming for her attention, writing is more than a passion for her.
She writes about all things supernatural for children of all ages. She’s tried to write contemporary novels before, but something paranormal always manages to crawl in.
Majanka is currently studying for her Master of Laws degree, and hopes one day to be able to combine her passions for law and writing. When she’s not writing, reading or studying, she likes watching “The Vampire Diaries” and “Game of Thrones,” spending time with her friends, or playing “World of Warcraft.”

Welcome back — I’m over the moon to have the chance to share a sweet cover reveal with you all today. This one comes from fellow “Penis Sister”, and good friend, Jocelyn Adams. Jocelyn is one of the few authors whose talent makes me green with envy and if her other titles are any indication, readers are in for quite a ride with her latest novel, Midnight Dawn.
Here’s the nitty gritty… and, of course, the kick-ass cover.
“Midnight Dawn straps you in from the beginning and whisks you away on an emotional, breath-taking ride of romance, fantasy, and good vs. evil. It’s magic.” –Naima Simone, author of the SECRETS AND SINS series
Midnight Dawn (The Mortal Machine #2)
Release Date: August 4th, 2014
Publisher: Entangled Publishing, Embrace Imprint
Genre: Paranormal Romance
Back of the book:
Her soul remembers his touch, even if she doesn’t.
With only three days until the wraith king turns the earth into an all-you-can-eat buffet, Addison Beckett is forced to enlist brooding sentinel Asher Green’s help to unlock the Mortal Machine. According to the founder, all she has to do is find the sanctuary—the same sanctuary she can’t remember because Asher erased her memories.
Trying to save humanity while navigating Asher’s lies is a royal pain. But the more time she and Asher spend together, the harder her soul tries to remind her what else he’s made her forget—that he loves her, wants her, needs her.
When she’s trapped by the wraith king and forced to pick who will stand by her in the coming battle, Addison is faced with an impossible choice: the sentinel she loves who refuses to love her back, or a powerful stranger who insists they’re meant to be together. Her decision will determine the fate of humanity, and once decided, can’t be undone.
Jocelyn is an office grunt by day and creator of romance and adventure by night. Born a farmer’s daughter with a vivid imagination, she spent her childhood dreaming up stories.
With no formal training, she relied on the honest feedback of her writing group to take her from that first short story all the way to THE END of her first novel. She now has five published novels and has recently signed a 3-book deal with Entangled Publishing.
When she isn’t slinging words, you can find her shooting her bow or enjoying the serenity of family life in her little house in the woods.
So? What do you all think? Love it? Hate it? Your opinions are always welcome. Drop me a note below and tell me what your impressions of the cover are.
